THE FIRST BACKYARD IN GARDA LAKE

A Backyard Ultra is an incredible endurance experience. As "What is the Limit?" ASD this is our first experience in this fantastic endurance world. But we'll live it with our love for endurance and for athletes. What will be particular in this experience is the wonderful location in Peschiera del Garda and our "5 stars" service in food and services we'll offer to our participants. JOIN US! 

In a Backyard Ultra, you have one hour to run 6.706 kilometers. Every hour, runners gather at the starting line. Anyone who can't take it anymore or doesn't finish within 60 minutes is eliminated.
Our running lap is 6706 mt, so every hour runners have to run exactly 1 lap.

Flat track 90% , completely paved and 100% illuminated in the night.
Application fee is 60 euro and included:

- starter bag with our sponsors gadgets(tshirt, jersey, running cap, sport bottle, belt for number, bracelets)

- rent our large tent and sleeping bag( we ask a deposit of 100 euro that would given back after the race)
- race insurance
- race facilities (showers, microwawes, fridge, ice machine)
- electricity and wifi
- timing chip

Daily ticket for no limits food could be buy on place.
With 30 euro daily/person ATHLETES and crew could buy breakfast,lunch,dinner and refreshments. But this is not a must. Everyone could bring their own food and drink.

The official rules of a Backyard Ultra are simple yet brutal: competitors must complete each lap for a total of 6.7 km (4.2 mi) every hour, starting promptly on the hour until only one athlete is left to finish a lap, becoming "The Last Man Standing." Anyone who doesn't finish the  lap within 60 minutes is eliminated, while the remaining time can be used for rest and recovery, but only in the start/finish area.
Key Rules
Distance: Oneloop for a total of 6.706 km (4.167 mi).
Start: Every hour, on the hour (with warnings at 3, 2, and 1 minute).
Time Limit: 60 minutes to complete the lap.
Elimination: Not completing the lap or not being at the start of the next lap.
Victory: The last competitor to complete one more lap than the others.
Recovery: Time saved during the lap can be used for rest, food, etc., but only in the designated area.
Route: Fixed and the same for everyone, it may vary slightly but must always follow the same circuit.
