Start Line

TRAVEL: Peschiera del Garda has a train station where stop also high speed trains coming from Milan and Venice.
Catullo Airport (VRN) is at 30 km, Malpensa (MXP) is at 170 km, Bergamo (BGY) about 100.
We offer taxi service at good prices respect conventional taxi services:

Considering we have many events, each athlete will be celebrated at finish line with national anthem, trophy, medals and photos. We don’t have a particular closing cerimony.

Medical

Nearest Hospital is located less than 2 km from race headquarter. Massage service will be available on demand from 18 to 21 every day.
A standard medical certificate is necessary to join the race. Organization will send it to all athletes after they pay application fee.

Food and beverages

If the registration fee may seem high compared to other ultra triathlon races, you should consider that at our races you will find:
– real Italian cuisine dishes, food h24 and not just snacks or savoury snacks as in other ultra races…
– coca Cola, water, saline and energy drinks, seasonal fruit
– massage service and assistance
– energy bars and carbo gel
The kitchen works at the following times:
– breakfast 7.00 am
– lunch 12:30 pm
– dinner 7:30 pm
Between these times,day and night, athletes can always find a table full of:
– chips
– fresh and dried fruit
– Coca Cola, water, energy drinks, saline drinks
– sweet and savory cakes
– sweet and savory biscuits
– energy bars and cereal bars
– bread with jam or hazelnut/chocolate cream
– tea and hot coffee
– fruit juices
– candies
– ice cubes

-Food and beverages are free for all athletes.
Support crew has to pay 30 euro daily for an all inclusive meals and drinks.

Special meals will be prepared for vegans and celiacs. For special requests and meals please contact organisation.

38 km swim in a 25 metres pool, 1800 km bike in a 5 km paved and flat lap 90%, open to traffic, 422 km running in a 1 km lap.

The 25 metres pool is located in Piscine Signorelli

After swimming athletes could start bike section crossing chip mat.
There is no transfer to bike lap, bike lap will cross athletes village.

Athletes

About the event

Fully covered transition zone with refrigerators, freezers, warm showers and toilets nearby.

Electricity and Internet access (wifi) in the supporter area.

Bicycle service on site or on request with pickup and delivery service.

Bike mechanic is not an ambulance and will came not on race site: if athlete’s bike has a problem we could pick it up and bring to mechanic shop.
We suggest all to have a second emergency bike.
This service is NOT FREE: the price depends about bike’s damage and work to do on it.
Also tubes tires have a costs if needed to change them.

1 massage service free every day (upon availability of massage therapists): all other massages have a cost of 30 euro each.

Physio taping: from 10 to 15 euro each

Illumination of the running track and supporter area during the night.

CAMPER/CARAVAN AREA: athletes have to tell us if they will arrive with caravan/camper.
Without this communication (indicate it in accomodation form) we are not responsable and we could not guarantee your staying on site with your vehicle.

WE DON’T HAVE CABLE FOR ELECTRICITY CONNECTIONS! ALL OF YOU IS RESPONSABLE TO BRING A 20 MT CABLE TO PLUG TENT OR OR YOUR VEHICLE ON ELECTRICITY!

We remember that:

-Each single athlete could have a tent where to sleep for 10 euro daily.

-This tent has 3/4 comfortable sleeping places.
The organization could provide mattresses and sleeping bags: both are included in the 10 euro daily for the tent/person.

-We ask a deposit of 100 euro that will be given back if tents, air mattress and sleeping bags will be given back in same conditions of pick up (clean).

– Support crew will not be charged any cost for sleeping in the athlete’s tent.

The daily cost for the all-inclusive meal and drink service for each support crew/person is 30 euros.
IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO MOVE THE TENT FROM THE PLACE WHERE YOU FOUND IT!

– including in the price of application fee we include 1 day of stay before the race and 1 after the athlete will finish the race

– if someone want to arrive earlier or go back later, have to communicate to organization (official check in and check out form will be sent with official application form).
More day in athletes village (both in tent than in caravan/roulotte) have a cost of 30 euro/person.
In this price is included also non stop food in our kitchen open h 24.

– in official accomodation form you have to indicate day of arrival and day of departure

– we’ll send anyway official affiliate hotels, apartments and b&b; with special prices for athletes joining our event.

SUPPORT AID
Many sports associations will help us with volunteers. If athletes needs some support crew for free, please write us.
